About the Role:The Campaign Business Delivery Manager role resides in the Portfolio Growth & Retention team in the Customer Value Optimisation (CVO) value stream.
The Campaign Business Delivery Manager is accountable for the design and execution of campaigns to achieve business objectives of optimising value and retaining the existing customer base.
As a Campaign Business Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of campaigns and communications through AGL's decisioning and comms automation platforms; planning and prioritising activity to meet business timelines and ensuring continuously high-quality execution.
