As a Campaign Analyst you will create data-driven direct marketing audiences and dive deep into their performance to enhance how we target customers via email and beyond.
This is a fixed-term contract position starting immediately and running until January 30th, 2026, based at the Bunnings National Support Office in Burnley. What's Involved: Build targeted audiences for direct marketing campaigns, primarily for email.Perform deep dive analyses on the performance of direct marketing campaigns.Draw insights from past performance and customer behavior to recommend personalisation improvements.Present findings and recommendations to various internal stakeholders.Analyze historical customer behavior to inform our personalisation roadmap.Who We're Looking For: You're an analytical, outcome-driven problem solver who is flexible and adaptable.
You excel at telling compelling stories with data and are an active learner who loves building your knowledge.
You take a customer-centric approach when developing and analyzing audiences.
You'll Need: Tertiary qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline (Postgraduate preferred).2+ years of marketing analyst experience.Knowledge of key data manipulation and analysis techniques.Demonstrated ability to understand business priorities.Previous experience using SQL.Experience with technologies like Snowflake and PowerBI is highly regarded.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.You'll be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong.
