About Us Established in 2009 National Mobile Camps (NMC) has emerged as Australia's leading service provider for remote mobile camp accommodation. We currently operate more than 23 mobile camp packages comprising over 700 beds.

The Opportunity We pride ourselves on the quality of our camps and catering. As a camp manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our camp and being the main on-site contact for the client. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Serving crib lunch to the day crew. Serving a la carte dinner. Ensuring compliance with our food safety plan. Food ordering and stock rotation. Oversight of camp staff (night chef and housekeeper). Other duties as required by the Operations Manager and/or in line with service delivery requirements. Benefits A "lifestyle" roster of two weeks on and two weeks off. Above award remuneration. Meals and accommodation provided on site. NMC will provide you with the training you need to perform at your very best. About you A positive, can-do attitude is what we're looking for. Having previous experience in a similar role, or in hospitality will work in your favour but is not mandatory. You will be working 12 hour shifts so need to physically fit. All applicants must be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen. Last but not least, you need to be able to work on a remote site for two weeks at a time!
