Women's and Children's Health Network, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Port Adelaide DC Salary Classification - ASO3 - Administrative Services Officer L3 - $67,589 to $72,033 Full time - Term Contract (Temporary up to 30 Sep 2025) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CAMHS team as a Administration Coordinator, where you will be responsible for: Oversee high-level administrative duties to support effective client service delivery.
Ensure efficient and streamlined delivery of administrative services.
Collaborate with the CAMHS Administration Manager and Unit Head/Senior Manager to maintain consistent administrative services in line with corporate policies.
Guide administrative staff to understand service requirements and expected standards.
Provide ongoing feedback and support to administrative staff to meet goals and maintain service standards.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Effective written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to negotiate with a broad range of people, both internally and externally.
Proven ability to work under pressure with limited supervision and deal effectively with a range of tasks simultaneously.
Ability to keep clear, accurate administrative and financial records and maintain and improve systems.
Experience in staff supervision, performance review and allocation of tasks to ensure equitable workloads.
Understanding and commitment to quality customer service concepts.
