Full Time Permanent Opportunity Hybrid Base Yourself in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne About the Role: We are seeking a Commercial Manager working with our Construction and Commercial Teams. This role will shape the business's commercial approach and provide detailed commercial support to the Construction Project Managers and Asset Managers in their delivery of Construction & Asset Management Agreements (CAMA). This role is required to meet deadlines and work under pressure with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support Construction Project Managers and Asset Managers in overseeing and administering contracts to ensure compliance with both CAMA and legal requirements. Identify, assess and mitigate commercial risks, and implement risk management strategies. Lead the procurement process, negotiating contract terms, pricing, conditions, and selecting relevant and appropriate contractors and suppliers. Assist in the management of budget, cost estimates, and the preparation of financial and board reports for senior management and relevant clients. Lead and manage the commercial requirements for the project delivery process with clear and robust project management of all project streams/deliverables. Provide commercial support to ensure the CAMA projects are structured and delivered through to operations, ensuring these are delivered in a manner that aligns with the owners' objectives. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, facilitating relevant commercial meetings and providing regular updates on project status. Skills & Experience: Experience in large scale construction, preferably within Renewables. Knowledge of energy markets and the role that renewable energy developments play in the transition to Net Zero. Strategic, Commercial and Technical skills including an understanding of energy value chain economics, financial evaluation, business case preparation and interpreting complex data. Ability to structure and negotiate commercial deals which deliver the best value. Degree in either a numerate or business subject.
