Reporting to the Regional CEO, this is a hands-on position, which through excellent leadership and strong communication skills, will manage and develop senior leaders within the region to ensure high quality resident care.
The Regional Support Manager will also provide support for employee and other operational imperatives, including overall administration, management, employee engagement, financial performance, and delivering on key targets and strategic objectives for the region.
About you You must hold tertiary qualifications in management or a health-related discipline Having knowledge and application of the Aged Care Act, and of the health and aged care sectors is a benefit A valid driver's license is required Business acumen is essential Leadership and people management history is requested.
