Seeking an Office Admin Superstar—Is That You?
As an Office Admin Superstar, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our events run smoothly. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, helping clients with their needs and making sure every detail is perfect. Your excellent customer service skills will make each client feel valued and appreciated, contributing to the success of our events.
Your Role
Engage with Clients : Provide excellent customer service and ensure their needs are met.
Handle Administrative Tasks and Meet KPIs : Ensure our events run smoothly by managing all necessary administrative duties and achieving key performance indicators.
Collaborate on Event Planning : Work closely with our team to plan and execute events that dazzle and delight.
Confident on the Phone : Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clear and positive interactions.
Coordinate with Teams : Work closely with event planners, vendors, and clients to ensure every detail is perfect.
Maintain Organization : Keep track of schedules, manage resources, and oversee logistics to guarantee successful events.
Customer Satisfaction : Provide excellent service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Your role will be crucial in making sure every event is a success, from the initial planning stages to the final execution.
Hours
Full Time: Monday to Friday

Detail-oriented : Capture every detail to ensure flawless events.
Tech-savvy : Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft applications, email help desks, and other essential tech tools.
Experienced : Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles, ideally within events, retail, or hospitality.
Exceptional communicator : Engage clients and coordinate with team members effectively.
Multitasker : Juggle various tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Positive personality : Align with our company ethos and show dedication to personal and professional growth.
