We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Job Call Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview: As a Job Call Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting job seekers throughout their employment journey.
You will be responsible for providing guidance, answering inquiries, and facilitating communication between candidates and potential employers.
Your primary goal will be to enhance the job search experience by offering timely support and valuable information.
Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Engage with job seekers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, provide information about job openings, and assist with the application process.
Support Services: Offer guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies to empower candidates in their pursuit of employment.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job placements, and feedback in our database to ensure seamless communication and reporting.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to understand current job openings and requirements, enabling you to provide informed recommendations to candidates.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with candidates to gather feedback on their job search experience and identify areas for improvement in our support services.
Resource Development: Assist in creating informative materials such as FAQs, guides, and templates that can aid job seekers in their efforts.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
