Indigeco is supporting a major NSW Department in sourcing for 3X Contact Centre Operators.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service experience to join a dedicated and collaborative team to support the people of NSW.
These agents will be working within the Road Safety 1 business line, playing a key role in promoting road safety and assisting the public with related services and inquiries.

Contract Details

Position Title: Call or Contact Centre Operator

Start Date: 24/01/

End Date: 23/07/

Location: Newcastle Contact Centre

Pay Rate: $ per hour Super

Hours/Roster: Up to 5 hours per day / 25 hours per week

The successful contractors will be working on a 6am-10pm rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

Position Description
