HOBAN Recruitment are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Call Centre Superstars for casual assignments across a number of National Contact Centres.
Located throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area as well as the North-Western subrubs, these assignments vary in length as per our clients needs and we offer highly competitive hourly rates.
Your responsibilities: Responding to a high volume of inbound customer queries by phone Have a genuine passion for delivery of high-quality customer experience and a willingness to assist and resolve customer enquiries Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering data real time into multiple systems Adheres to organisational processes and policies Have good quality and performance customer service results including attendance and adherence to roster Your skills and experience: Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume contact centre environment desirable but not essential Highly developed written and verbal communication skills Excellent telephone manner and builds rapport easily Demonstrates high level of empathy when troubleshooting and problem solving Complaint resolution and Problem solving skills.
