Call Centre Officer

We are working closely with our client Telstra who are seeking a Customer Service superstar to join their Triple Zero call centre team for a long-term casual temporary assignment based in Adelaide CBD. The Role
This is a high volume and fast paced role in which you are required to provide accurate connections to Police, Fire and Ambulance dispatchers across the country at the request of the customer. You will be required to follow strict protocols and procedures to ensure every call is taken quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Calls are KPI measured and high-quality service must be provided on every call.
The Triple Zero call centre operates 24/7 and works on a rotating roster around your availability.

Efficiently connecting all emergency calls
