What we NEED? One Power Solar is looking for a skilled and driven Call Centre Manager to lead our team of young, experienced and energetic call centre staff.
This position is about managing staff and getting optimum performance from them.
We are looking for someone with a strong history of people management and previous call centre history would be ideal.
Your Skills: Lead allocation and forecasting skillsKnowledge of performance evaluation processes and customer service metricsSolid understanding of reporting and budgeting proceduresExperience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.
)Preferably proficient in monday.com / Pipedrive or similar lead management CRMOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and leadership skills with a problem-solving abilityConfirmation Calls of a higher level to complete the booking processThe desire to train, assist and mentor othersSkills to manage, review, motivate, train and grow the teamAn excellent Contact Centre Manager must be an organised, reliable and results-driven professional.
You must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the "big picture" and make improvements.
