This role offers a chance to make a lasting impact by combining strategic leadership with hands-on coaching.What You'll Do:Develop and implement leadership programs for Team Leaders and Sales Coaches.Drive daily success by coaching Team Leaders on managing intraday performance, providing real-time feedback, and addressing performance challenges.Train leaders in communication, feedback, and change management techniques.Mentor emerging talent for future leadership roles.Lead initiatives to foster a positive and engaging team culture.Design and deliver training materials and coaching content.Monitor and report on development program success, making adjustments based on data and performance outcomes.What You'll Bring:Proven experience leading teams in a call centre environment.Expertise in developing and managing Team Leaders and Sales Coaches.Sales experience, with a track record of driving performance and results.Knowledge of health insurance or general insurance is preferred but not essential.A passion for leadership development, coaching techniques, and building strong team cultures.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the success of development initiatives.At Compare the Market, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your talents will be recognised and rewarded.
