The gig: Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, you'll act as the first point of contact for membership enquiries for our Sydney and Melbourne Clubs, converting prospects into Club bookings.
You'll direct inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling). You'll provide heartfelt service to warm prospects and provide relevant solutions to their needs. You'll book club tour appointments and liaise with Club teams to ensure non-intimidating and personalised experiences in their first attendance. You'll contact and follow up on membership enquiries and leads to meet targets. You'll regularly report on activity levels and stay on top of admin. All about you: You have minimum 1 year call centre experience and flexibility to work a rotating roster from Monday - Sunday. You know what it's like to work with a high-profile consumer brand and thrive on exceeding performance targets. You're people-focused. You enjoy learning about their needs and coming up with personalised and complete solutions. You're self-assured. You listen intently and speak eloquently.
