About the role
We are looking for a Call Centre Consultant to cover a 12 month fixed-term contract. Based in our Perth Office, you'll provide exceptional support to our clients - both our Online Savings customers and our Agribusiness clients across Australia and New Zealand. We keep our customers at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for people who share this passion for great customer experiences.
You will be in a team of around 10-12 who will be servicing a variety of lines into our specialist call centre. In addition to taking calls, part of the role will also involve responding to emails and other communications.
