About the Role: Become the friendly voice at the end of the line, ready to assist guests during their road trips.
Your responsibilities will include:
Guest Assistance : Provide support and collaborate with other departments to address vehicle-related issues. Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate to ensure the best possible guest experience while meeting business requirements. Incident Tracking : Keep track of incidents and ensure guests are well-informed about solutions and repair progress. Repair Coordination : Minimise vehicle repair time and ensure repairs adhere to standard practices.Working shifts across 7 days between 6am and 8pm.We don't just offer motorhome holidays; we create memorable experiences that last a lifetime!
To excel in this role, you should have: Call centre experience and a dedication to exceptional customer service.Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style.Strong problem-solving and effective time management skills.Comfort with following processes and intermediate computer skills.A friendly, positive attitude, with bonus points for a passion for road trips.Some mechanical knowledge (not essential).Office based role.
