Job Description:
Optus, a leading telecommunications company in Australia, is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, technical issues, product information, and general support.2. Assist customers with problem-solving and provide solutions to their concerns.3. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company's database.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Meet individual and team performance targets set by the company.6. Continuously improve your knowledge of Optus products and services to better serve customers.7. Uphold Optus' reputation for excellent customer service in all interactions.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.3. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.6. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating databases.7. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
