**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Specialist to join our customer support team in Canberra. This part-time position will provide you with the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills and grow within a thriving organization. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, orders, and services.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify customer issues and negotiate solutions that align with company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction. Escalate complex inquiries to senior staff as appropriate.
- **Order Management:** Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns, ensuring a seamless user experience from start to finish.
- **Database Management:** Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Update customer information and document interactions according to company guidelines.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Share insights with the team to drive innovation in our service approach.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to achieve common goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that enhance service delivery.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay informed about product offerings and company policies, and actively seek opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; Equivalent experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- **Personality Traits:** Energy and an independent work ethic are essential. You must be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong negotiation skills and effective planning abilities. A customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- **Availability:** Flexibility to work during varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
