Job Description:

Nike is seeking a motivated and passionate Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide product information, resolve complaints, and answer inquiries- Utilizing CRM systems to update customer information and maintain accurate records of interactions- Following communication scripts to ensure consistency in customer service- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meeting individual and team performance targets set by management- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner- Ability to make effective decisions and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers- Experience working in a call center or customer service role preferred- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently- Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools for customer management- High school diploma or equivalent required
