Job Description:
BlackRock is seeking a passionate and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our remote team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.2. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions.3. Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.5. Utilize strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients.6. Demonstrate emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively.7. Keep detailed records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.8. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets.9. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.10. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence.5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.6. Must have a quiet and professional home office setup for remote work.7. Passionate and adaptable individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
