This can range from credit cards, transaction/savings accounts, and online banking.These can include:Providing customer account balancesReplacing debit and credit cardsClosing credit card accountsUpdating personal informationResetting online banking passwords and reactivating SMS protectInvestigating unusual transactions and loading disputes if necessaryTriaging fraud enquiriesLoading complaints and capturing customer feedbackProviding customers accurate informationFollowing strict identification guidelinesThere are no sales or up selling/cross-selling involved in this role.Please note: There is an opportunity to work from home subject to meeting job score card requirements, which include attendance, assessments, trainer evaluation, and class performance.
