Job Description:
GPT Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services- Manage and update customer accounts as needed- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
