Call Center Officer

Job Description:

As a Call Center Officer at Sherwin-Williams in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their queries and concerns- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer orders or resolve any outstanding issues- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner- Provide product information and pricing to customers- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure customer retention- Conduct research to resolve complex customer issues- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Reliable and driven individual with excellent communication skills- Strong research skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
