### Job Description

Culture Amp, a leading employee engagement platform, is seeking a motivated and dedicated **Call Center Associate** to join our dynamic team in Canberra. As a Call Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong connections both with clients and internal stakeholders. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are hardworking and driven, eager to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

### Responsibilities

- **Customer Support:** Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction while addressing a variety of issues related to employee engagement and platform usage.

- **Issue Resolution:** Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed, ensuring a high level of service quality.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, analyzing data trends to improve service delivery.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to share insights and foster a collaborative atmosphere that promotes a sense of family within the company.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback related to products and services, presenting findings to management to contribute to ongoing enhancements in service offerings.

- **Presentation:** Prepare and deliver presentations on service updates and customer feedback to the team, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.

- **Documentation:** Create and maintain documentation related to customer interactions, procedures, and policies to ensure transparency and efficiency in operations.

- **Training Support:** Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, offering guidance and support to help them integrate successfully into the team.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.
- Driven: Proactive in seeking out new challenges and opportunities for growth within the company.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze complex situations, identify trends, and propose effective solutions to enhance customer experience.
- **Presentation Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering engaging and informative presentations to both colleagues and management.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
