As a Call Center Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our guests by handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and facilitating a seamless experience. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing courteous and professional assistance to guests and prospective customers.
- Accurately record and document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Address guest inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, promotions, and policies, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, working with other departments to ensure satisfactory outcomes that align with company standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of workflow improvements to enhance customer service processes.
- Provide insights and feedback on customer trends and common inquiries to help drive improvements in service delivery and product offerings.
- Collaborate with team members in a digital environment to share knowledge and best practices, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude, even under pressure, ensuring each customer interaction reflects the values of Las Vegas Sands.

**Job Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
- **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in customer service or communication is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and data management.
