Yaityamuna Tirkanthi Traineeship ProgramSEED stands for Success = Education + Employment + DevelopmentAbout the role Yaityamuna Tirkanthi is Kaurna meaning Aboriginal First Learning is an initiative aimed at Aboriginal people seeking access to meaningful employment opportunities, for people new to the workforce such as school leavers and those seeking re-entry to the workforce.Through Yaityamuna Tirkanthi we offer an opportunity to combine on-the-job work skills with gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
Depending on the traineeship, it can take from one to two years to complete.
Traineeships are full-time placements and can be across a broad range of vocational options such as business administration, allied health assistant, information technology, graphic design, and dental assistant.The Yaityamuna Tirkanthi traineeship program is a SEED initiative, developed by CALHN to provide an opportunity for Aboriginal people interested completing an on-the-job qualification to start their journey in the workforce as a trainee.
You will gain professional employment experience to complement your qualification whilst helping CALHN to build our Aboriginal health workforce.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the?Royal Adelaide Hospital,?The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the?Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre,?and the?Repat Health Precinct.
