Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional service to clients across residential and commercial lending
- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive referral business
- Meet and exceed monthly lending targets through strategic business development
- Create and execute annual business plans based on market knowledge
- Maintain highest standards of compliance and professional conduct
- Collaborate with referral partners including financial planners and accountants
The Ideal Candidate: Banking experience in lending/credit assessment highly regardedProven experience in mortgage broking with strong industry knowledgePrevious experience working within major banks' lending departments preferredNatural relationship builder with excellent communication skillsResults-driven with a track record of achieving targetsTeam player mentality (sporting background highly regarded)Strong work ethic and commitment to client service excellenceValid MFAA membership and relevant industry qualificationsUnderstanding of bank credit policies and lending criteriaExperience in assessing lending applications and structuring finance solutionsWhat's On Offer: - Attractive base salary of $100,000 + super
