RISK CO-ORDINATOR Sea Swift are looking for enthusiastic team members who value respect, teamwork and safety in the work they do.

The Risk Co-ordinator supports the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of risk frameworks in the Service, including processes to assist in driving a proactive and consistent risk management culture across the Service.
What you will be doing:Responsible for supporting the delivery of risk indicators including reviewing and analysing risk data.Consulting with stakeholders to identify priorities and is responsible for supporting high quality outcomes within established priorities.Support the event management software (SAI360) to implement risk module.Support implementation of projects in the Sea Swift Sustainability Plan.Development of risk register across the region.Conduct regular visits of remote depots and on vessels to assess risk performance and cultural change.Undertake regular monitoring of data and risk controls to ensure controls are effective and minimise risks across the Service.What we require from you:Qualifications and experienceDegree in a relevant discipline (e.g.
business, governance, public administration, risk management), or equivalent experience.Thorough knowledge of AIIMS (The Australasian Inter-Service Incident Management System) principles and processes, and/or willingness to obtain competence within 12 months.Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.Current driver's licence.Key attributesHigh level written and verbal communication skills.High level administration skills/teamwork.High-level problem-solving skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Well-developed time management and organisation skills.About the company:Sea Swift is Northern Australia's largest shipping company, with an extensive marine transport network ensuring that the world is at our customers' doorstep.
