What You Will Do: Handle complex customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective solutions. Support resource recovery service operations and assist in the management of contracts. Assist in the coordination and delivery of projects and tasks that contribute to resource recovery services. Work with internal and external customers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with administrative tasks such as budget administration, task prioritization, and workflow management. What We're Looking For: Experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and delivering high-quality service. Solid administrative and project support skills, including budget administration and data management. Proficiency with administration tools and technology suitable for a customer service environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer interactions in person or over the phone. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
