About your role: Work with families and communities to promote recovery and community inclusion and to access generic supports, opportunities, and resources. Develop and maintain collaborative work practices and relationships with other agencies (including non-government organisations), service providers, and consumer and carer groups to ensure consumers have access to an integrated service system. Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation and with external stakeholders, including non-government organisations, consumers, and their carers. Provide input into the development of evidence-based clinical policy and practice, service development, quality improvement activities, research and evaluation projects, and the utilisation of mental health information systems related to service delivery, performance, and outcome measurements. You may be required to work across other clinical teams within MHAODS to assist in meeting patient care needs, managing leave cover, and supporting service delivery.
