The successful applicant must have senior supervisory experience and industry-recognized qualifications in food safety, staff competency-based training, and hospitality management. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of office computer systems as well as Food Service Management IT Systems and need to possess oral and written communication skills of a particularly high order. This position is for an eleven-month temporary contract to cover the above position with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. Please note, successful applicants will be required to work on a seven-day rotating roster.
