Our Morningside facility is a multi-room (6) studio offering over 200 classes per week, state of the art, fully equipped strength and cardio floors, a world class Ayurvedic medi-spa, childcare and wellness facilities including physiotherapy, functional medicine and more.
What makes you YOU? Are you passionate about delivering the highest levels of service in a relaxed, modern, and personalised manner while working with fresh, high quality produce surrounded by like-minded people?
1 year's minimum experience in a customer service environment 1 year's minimum experience using a professional coffee machine Genuine and welcoming customer service approach Food Safety Certificate (or willing to obtain during the first two weeks of employment) Juice, smoothie or barista experience advantageous Build a rapport with repeat customers and provide excellent customer service, addressing needs in a timely and effective manner Preparing, decorating, and serving a range of juices, smoothies and drinks with consistency while maintaining high productivity levels Maintain quality standards and follow recipes provided Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment Follow and comply with established procedures, including health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner Maintain operational standards for the Smoothie, Juice and drinks program What can you sink your teeth into? Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each member & maintain a safe environment Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Ensure that all standards are kept to the highest Support your colleagues with passion & fun Encourage individuality, innovation and initiative in your team members What does the schedule look like? This position will require flexibility including weekend work in accordance with business demands.
