Ideally you'll have:

Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Genuine interest in providing a great experience to our customers
Exceptional presentation standards
Maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency
Cafe experience will be highly regarded but is not necessary - we'll train you!
An RSA certificate and barista experience will be highly regarded
