Key Responsibilities: Manage daily cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial management. Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and resolve any issues with a positive, customer-focused approach. Train and motivate staff to perform at their best, ensuring a friendly and efficient service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the cafe. Drive business performance through effective marketing strategies and community engagement. Manage budgeting and cost control without compromising on quality. Requirements: Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply. Minimum Diploma in hospitality management. 2-3 years of proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to create a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. A hands-on approach and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment.
