Job Description
I'm currently looking for a FULL TIME front of house waiter supervisor, especially interested in and well experienced in Sri Lankan cuisine who can demonstrate:
An ability to supervise a busy front of house operation in a Sri Lankan restaurant.
Not less than 1 years experience as a waiter supervisor .
Experience in serving a variety of Rice and Curry dishes and popular Sri Lankan street food, especially Hoppers, String Hoppers, and other short eats.
Excellent communication skills with customers and team.
Updated with current Health and Safety regulations.
Supervise, guide, and train other F&B attendants.

Experience:
1 year with qualifications, 5 years without qualifications

Qualification:
Certificate III in hospitality
Job Duties:
Serve food and beverages as well as supervise other food and beverage attendants.
Prepare tables for meals, including the complete setup.
Greet guests in a professional manner and provide education about food and beverage menus, how menu items are prepared, the ingredients used, and different cooking methods.
Inform the customers of specials.
Check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving to guests.
Take orders.
Prepare and serve beverages.
Additional Duties:
Menu planning.
Food shopping.
Recording food temperature.
Preparing reports.
