This includes ensuring safe and high-quality customer experiences and maximisation of financial returns. The role reports to the Catering Operations Manager and is responsible for meeting operational KPI's, organisation of the retail team roster as well as coordinating and supervising the setup, operation and close-down of catering areas during functions.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that requires weekend and evening work, where applicable, shift loading will apply.
