We serve locally roasted coffee, espresso and a small wine and cocktail offering, 7 days a week.About the roleThe cafe manager oversees all aspects of operating the venue while ensuring a high standard of customer service. You'll work closely with the front of house and kitchen teams to foster a cohesive work environment and inspire welcoming hospitality at all times. Daytime and weekend availability is essential.Key responsibilitiesLeadership: Recruit, develop and lead a motivated team dedicated to delivering a high level of service.Operations: Oversee daily operations including rostering, stock control, and stakeholder management to ensure efficiency and profitability. Manage financial budgets, identify opportunities to build revenue growth. Monitor food and beverage quality and consistency through regular inspections and training.Guest experience: Offer each guest attentive and personalised service. Address any issues promptly and professionally.Community and culture: Cultivate a sense of community; work closely with all departments to deliver memorable dining experiences and a cohesive team.
