4 Pines was born over 16 years ago from a conversation between father and son, post surf, who wanted an exceptional beer, but options were limited. Since our humbling beginnings at our little Manly Brewpub, we've grown to a portfolio of 7 venues, a bunch of partnership venues and a commercial brewery and HQ in Brookvale, NSW. For the past four years, we've proudly called Coolangatta home. The Role As the Breakfast Manager, you'll be the early-morning hero, making sure every guest gets the best start to their day! You'll lead your team with energy and enthusiasm making sure everything is running like clockwork, all the while managing inventory like a pro and keeping the kitchen and front-of-house teams communicating seamlessly.

The Nitty Gritty Manage and oversee the operations of the cafe, ensuring high quality service and an exceptional guest experience. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that aligns with the 4 Pines values. Implement and monitor operational procedures and policies to maintain efficiency and profitability. Manage budgets, stocks and inventory to optimise restaurant performance. Analyse sales data and use insights to drive revenue growth and profitability. Be the face of the venue and brand ambassador. Instil and foster the 4 Pines core values and personality traits within the team. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders. Proactively seek growth opportunities. Liaising with kitchen to ensure consistent quality and presentation of meals. Continued improvement of the customer experience. Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing, council regulations, food safety, WHS and other relevant legislative instruments. Skills and Experience Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and train a team of staff. Pragmatic approach to problem solving and troubleshooting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine desire to build a connection with the local community. At least 2 years of previous venue and people management experience. Friendly, positive, and approachable attitude. Current QLD RSA. Must have unrestricted Australian work rights. Why 4 Pines? We take what we do seriously, but not ourselves!
