One of Perth's most beautiful venues has an exciting opportunity for someone to take on the role of Cafe Manager of our new Café de Point.
The successful applicant must have extensive experience in operating a busy Café, proven staff management skills, barista skills, stock ordering & control, and be available weekends.
The café is open from 8am until 5pm daily.
Key Responsibilities: A current RSA and Approved Manager qualification A good level of computer literacy The ability to order stock and deal with suppliers Ingredient preparation for toasted sandwiches & fruit salad Familiarity with operating POS System, Eftpos, and cash handling Experience in setting up food displays for food & drink service Menu displays, labelling, and pricing of items (in conjunction with Head Chef) A desire to provide first-class customer service and a positive work environment Have a sound understanding of the Liquor Licensing Act and the Directors Policies Knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling procedures and record keeping This is a hands-on role and requires a person who likes to keep busy and further their skills and experience in running a busy venue.
Parking provided.
A salary of $70K to $80K is available depending on experience.
