You will: Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring that all kitchen practices align with health regulations and the food safety plan.
Ensure the canteen and adjoining kitchen areas are cleaned and maintained to operational standards.
Assist with stock management, including ordering supplies, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock.
Support the trainer in preparing classroom requirements and facilitating practical activities for students, helping them develop practical skills in a supported environment.
Provide guidance to students in kitchen safety, food preparation, and customer service, contributing to their positive outcomes in hospitality training.
