Cafe All Rounder/ Barista 530 Collins St Cbd

Are you after a hospo job thats Monday to Friday?
This is a casual Cafe All Rounder/ Barista postion (between 25 to 30 hours p/w) for our flagship cafe in Melbourbe CBD on little collins St.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of specialty coffee and Melbourne's coffee culture who is also not afraid to jump on the floor and help out.
You will be working alongside our current FOH team, ensuring every coffee that leaves our pass is nothing short of perfect, while serving our customers with a smile.
The ideal candidate will have:



• A minimum 1 year coffee and FOH experience
• Latte art skills

• Be hardworking, motivated and flexible
• A passion for coffee and the hospitality industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with your co-workers

• Availability Monday to Friday




Responsibilities include:

• Opening/closing of the cafe
• Dialling in coffee
• Preparation of coffee and cold drinks
• FOH duties including taking orders, clearing tables etc
• Operation of POS

• Providing a high level of attentive and friendly customer service



This role will be available starting on the 15th of september 2024.
