About This Role
Leading entire proposal generation activities between Pursue-No-Pursue (PnP) and Contract Award for all D&S Opportunities within the region. In collaboration with the rest of the capture team, product and ensure that the executive summary, commercial, past performance, technical and management volumes accurately reflect the proposed solution and winning strategy for bids, presenting medium level of complexity solutions and governance.
This role can be based in Homebush, NSW or Brisbane, QLD.
The role we are offering you
Lead Proposal for the Defence and Security business by providing guidance to deliver winning proposals on time and on budget. Review customer Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP) to extract winning themes and identify CAE discriminators that will increase the probability of winning. Collaborate with multiple business units across different stages of bid proposals. Define mid to long term strategies for future bids including outsourcing, off-shoring and partnership opportunities. As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
