We have gained a reputation for servicing some of the largest residential builders in Melbourne as well as servicing small boutique and private owner builders.
Located in Tullamarine.
This is a fast-paced and hands-on Customer Service and Business Support role.
You will be reporting to the Scheduler Team Leader while working closely with on-site supervisors, tradespeople, and administration.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responding to Emails Filing Delivery Dockets Completing Bookings Assisting the scheduling team with Daily Tasks General reporting on targets and providing information to scheduling leader Printing files for jobs going to site Printing Plans Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to work methodically, accurately, and with rigid timelines Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent problem solver with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and business drivers Personal Attributes:
