Cadet Engineer, Construction- Ballarat

The Delta Group Base Camp cadet program is designed to acclimatise students of engineering or a related discipline to the realities of site work and the rewarding career that lies in front of them.
Successful applicants will be offered a paid cadetship with Delta Group, involving a 12 weeks full-time work program or a carefully structured part-time work program – and real world, "boots-on-the-ground" experience.
It's why more than 90% of cadet engineers go onto full time positions, with most moving into Graduate Project Engineer roles.

New recruits in the Delta Group Base Camp cadet program develop a range of highly sought after professional skills, including: Quality, Safety & Environmental Management Mobile Plant Operations Contract Administration Procurement Project Budgeting & Cost Controls Stakeholder Management Applications are open to students based in Ballarat (no restrictions, we accept applicants with student visas) currently undertaking tertiary studies in engineering or a building and construction related discipline, starting from Diploma level through to a Bachelor degree (or above).
