As a snacking powerhouse, we are looking for a highly motivated, results driven individual with an ability to build strong professional relationships while optimising base sales and promotions within the Townsville North area, up to and including Mission Beach. How your day to day will look like: Visiting our customers through a planned cycle and supporting them to achieve the best outcomes while maximizing our sales and promotions.Ensuring maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.Implementation and monitoring of promotional activities across our retailers – major supermarkets, independent grocery, and petrol and convenience stores.Ensuring point of buying materials placement and implementation.Who we are looking for: A self-starter with strong planning, organizational skills and a high drive for results.Experience in Sales within the fast-moving consumer goods industry is highly preferred but not required.Coaching capability, as you will be working with merchandisers in the team.Must hold a valid Australian driver's license.Willingness to travel – this role will entail regular travel of weekly trips to Mission Beach, as well as one overnight stay per month.If you are early in your career and looking to get your foot in the door in one of the biggest snacking companies, we highly encourage you to apply!
