As a snacking powerhouse, we are looking for a highly motivated, results driven individual with an ability to build strong professional relationships while optimising base sales and promotions within the Perth Central Suburbs areas – Doubleview, Gwelup, Mosman Park. You will be working with brands such as Cadbury - which has been awarded the Most Trusted Confectionery Brand for the 15th time in 16 years! This role will also allow you to work with an array of our most well-known and well-loved brands including Oreo, belVita, Pascall, and The Natural Confectionery Company. How your day to day will look like: Visiting our customers through a planned cycle and supporting them to achieve the best outcomes while maximizing our sales and promotionsEnsuring a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniquesImplementation and monitoring of promotionalactivities across our retailers Ensuring pointof buying materials placement and implementationWho we are looking for: A self-starter with strong planning, organizational skills and a high drive for resultsExperience in Sales within the fast-moving consumer goods industry is highly preferred but not requiredExperience working within supermarkets is a plusCoaching capability, as you will be working with merchandisers in the teamMust hold a valid Australian driver's licenseThere are many advantages in working for Mondelez.
