The Opportunity
Advanced Surveys are seeking a cadastral surveyor to join our team. We are presently a fully endorsed Consulting & Cadastral company with SBQ however, our current cadastral manager is retiring in the near future. We require a registered surveyor with a fresh perspective to join our company and build on our existing foundations.

This role will see your responsibilities include but not be limited to:
Expanding our client base and quoting works.Undertaking Cadastral surveys when required (frequently to occasional as you build your team).Drafting plans using AutoCAD & SurvaCAD.Enhance our current QA systems.Effectively manage and control the submission of survey documentation to statutory authorities.Ensure work is carried out within the client's guidelines, effectively and professionally at all times.Work from home - we will assist setting up your home office. The Candidate Degree in Surveying or equivalent.10 years' experience in Cadastral surveying within Queensland.Registered as a Surveyor with SBQ and be endorsed or nearing endorsement.Must be able to work seamlessly with many Developers, Builders, Project Managers and Consultants.Proficiency in the use of 12d (office + Field) & AutoCAD and Leica equipment (or similar).Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.The ability to work as an effective team member and to mentor other staff, set objectives and support achievements to maximize successful client deliverables.If this sounds like you, please apply now.
