Stellar Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly respected leading surveying contractor known for delivering top-notch surveying solutions. This company is at the forefront of innovation and technology.

They've established a solid market presence working alongside respected tier 2 contractors mainly in the Civil sector, which accounts for 70% of the business, with the other side of the business in the build sector accounting for 30%.

They are now focused on expanding and developing their Cadastral Division!

The Role:
As a Cadastral Surveyor, you would be fully independent in developing this arm of the business, moulding it to your style of working while being fully supported by proven leadership. You would primarily work from home with site travel as needed, especially at the start while you're building up the business.

You'll be instrumental in driving the division's growth and success! Build your own department & team while also developing policies; you'll have free reign to do as you see fit.

Working 40 hours per week with no overtime needed, vehicle included, and support with setting up a home office, this is the ideal role for a family-oriented individual!

The role will involve conducting cadastral surveys as needed, transitioning from frequent to occasional as you build your team. You will oversee the submission of survey documentation to statutory authorities and ensure all work adheres to guidelines and is executed professionally.

The Skills Required: Qualifications: Degree in Surveying or equivalent.Experience: Proven experience in Cadastral surveying.Certification: Registered as a Cadastral Surveyor with SBQ.Systems and Software: 12D, AutoCAD and SurvaCAD is preferred but not essential.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Autonomy & Leadership: Ability to work independently, lead a team, and mentor others.The Why: Fully Serviced Vehicle: Benefit from a fully serviced vehicle provided for your role.Competitive Compensation: Up to 160k + Super + work essentials.Flexible Work Arrangement: Primarily work from home with site travel as required.
