CADASTRAL SURVEY DRAFTER  We are seeking the services of an experienced and motivated Cadastral Survey Drafter to join our office. This is an excellent opportunity for applicants seeking further career development as a very wide range of project experience is available.
The preferred experience of the successful applicant is as follows: Some previous cadastral drafting experience, ability to read building plans, and perform building set out calculations, familiarity with CAD software such as Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD, Briscad. Qld survey plan preparation experience and knowledge of Queensland plan presentation guidelines essential.  The applicant will be required to prepare all types of survey plans for electronic lodgement with minimal plan requisitions.  An ability to prepare planning application drawings with full cartographic presentation is essential.  An ability to prioritise work autonomously, with excellent communication skills.
