The Role We are seeking a CAD Draftsperson to work on a variety of commercial and multi-residential projects in our Maroochydore office.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
Develop concept, DA & Tender level documentation for an array of project types Produce construction documentation for various projects Ensure drawings are documented, produced, and delivered on time and to project requirements Efficiently execute amendments to documentation as required The Person You will have effective communication and people engagement skills, be results-oriented, and have exceptional attention to detail.
You will also possess the following:
Completion of a Diploma in Building Design & Technology (or equivalent) or Bachelor of Architectural Design Minimum of 5 years experience Proficient in ArchiCAD (highly regarded, not critical) Proficient in Photoshop (highly regarded, not critical) A sound knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, State & Local Government regulatory requirements A demonstrated knowledge of construction methods Attention to quality & detail is critical with a high level of focus The ability to work autonomously or collaboratively with other team members Outstanding time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality of work The Opportunity This role represents an outstanding opportunity to join a leading multidisciplinary architectural firm in a full-time position or contract.
